First, the FDM model is created.

"Master Molds" are made from the FDM
model. |

The "Master Molds" are used to generate a tool. |

Plaster molds are made from the tool. |

Aluminum is poured into the plaster mold. |

After removal from the plaster mold, each casting is
deburred and prepared for shipping or machining. |
